What if I don't have a model unit?

By partnering with Flex Term Rental, you can "test the market" to see the market value of providing a furnished apartment. If you are satisfied with the amount that prospective tenants are willing to pay, you can decide to allocate your CapEx dollars to furnishing a unit to lease.

What happens if I lease my model unit?

You can furnish another one! Flex Term Rental only charges one flat-fee per property. You will not be charged additional fees based on the number of units and you will not be charged a commission based on the amount you lease the unit.

How many furnished units can I list?

Partnering with Flex Term Rental will give you a good idea of the demand and leasing velocity for furnished apartments in your market. Based on that data, you can evaluate how many furnished units your property can support.
